Bushra Imran is an Honors College student at Rutgers University, majoring in Economics and minoring in Political Science. She serves as an undergraduate research assistant for the Young Elected Leaders Project. Her work involves researching social media trends and analyzing engagement data to amplify individuals in the congressional and state legislature elections. Bushra is interested in simplifying complex information to provide comprehensible solutions to real-world problems within governmental policies and institutional processes. Upon graduation, she plans on attending law school, where she hopes to further develop her advocacy and analytical skills. She is eager to use her knowledge in economics and political research to contribute to impactful legal and policy solutions.
In her free time, she enjoys watching crime TV shows, baking, going on walks, and playing badminton.
